Our island rental rates are as follows:

SPECIAL MONTHLY RATES - High season -US$5,775 or Low season - US$4,200 

(note our monthly rates excludes December)

Low season: April 16th to November 14th  - US$1,400 per week plus 10% tax.

High season: November 15th to April 15th - US$1,950 per week plus 10% tax.

Christmas/New Year weeks                   - US$2,500 per week plus 10% tax.

Daily rates for US$300 per day - 3 day minimum apply - high season

Daily rates for US$250.00 per day - 3 day minimum apply - low season
